Keep the customer base out of
the salesperson’s phone

A CRM works when the team actually uses it. We implement it on OCCP, our own platform, around the sales process they already follow and with telephony inside the same system: recording becomes a by-product of the work rather than extra work.

What it covers

From first contact to renewal

Sales pipeline

The real stages of your sales process, not the ones the system ships with. Every opportunity with its value, its probability and its next action with a date: anything without a next action goes cold.

Telephony inside, not alongside

The call opens the customer record and logs itself, with its recording and duration. In OCCP this is not an integration between two systems: the call and the customer are part of the same platform, so there is nothing to break on an update.

ERP connection

An approved quote becomes an order without re-entering anything, and the salesperson sees delivery status and account balance without asking finance.

Automated follow-up

Reminders for pending contacts, alerts on expiring quotes and email sequences for the repetitive parts. Follow-up stops depending on individual memory.

Management reporting

Pipeline by rep, conversion rate per stage, loss reasons and monthly forecast. It shows where the process stalls, not just how much was sold.

After-sales and complaints

Complaints and support requests are linked to the customer and their history. Before a renewal you see everything that happened, not only what the customer remembers.

When it makes sense

Signs it is worth a look

  • The customer base lives in each salesperson’s phone and head
  • When a salesperson leaves, the history of their accounts leaves with them
  • Nobody can say how many opportunities are open or what they are worth
  • Quotes are written in Word and get lost in an inbox
  • A customer complaint reaches support without sales ever hearing about it
Frequently asked

About CRM

How do you get the team to actually use it?

By making recording easier than not recording. If the call logs itself, the quote comes out of the system and the rep checks stock right there, the CRM stops being an obligation and becomes the tool. When everything has to be typed in twice, no implementation survives three months.

Is it worth it for a small company?

Yes, if there is more than one salesperson or the sales cycle runs over several weeks. With one salesperson and over-the-counter sales, probably not. That is one of the things we say during the assessment even when it means not selling the project.

Which CRM do you implement?

Our own: OCCP, which brings the phone system into the same product as the sales management. Because we build it, we adapt the process, the disposition codes and the reports to how your company sells, without waiting for a vendor to prioritise the request. If you already have a CRM that works, the sensible move is usually to integrate it rather than replace it.

Let us put the sales process in order

We start by mapping how you sell today: where leads come from, who follows them and where they get lost. The system comes afterwards. If your operation handles call volume, look at full OCCP too.
