IP phone system
Auto-attendant menus, business hours, pickup groups, voicemail to email and extensions that work the same in the office, at home or on a mobile. No proprietary hardware tying you to one supplier.
IP phone systems on Asterisk and Issabel, for offices and for contact centre operations. Extensions that work from anywhere, queues with real reporting, and calls that open the customer record.

Call distribution by skill, priority or waiting time, with position announcements. For outbound operations, progressive or predictive dialling depending on volume and regulation.
Answered and abandoned calls, average wait and talk time, service level by time band and agent occupancy. The numbers you actually staff a shift with.
Recording with the retention you define, searchable by number, agent or date, and quality evaluation forms. With the legal notice at the start of the call, as required.
The incoming call opens the customer record before the agent says hello, and logs itself with duration and recording. For contact centre operations, OCCP brings both into one system, so there is no integration to maintain at all.
IP trunk contracting, porting of your existing numbers and redundant links so an internet outage does not leave the company without a phone.
Sample screen showing what day-to-day operation looks like. Not client data.
Yes. Numbers are ported to the new IP telephony provider keeping the same numbering. The process takes a few weeks and both systems can run side by side during the transition, so there is no day without a phone.
It is planned for: a secondary link with automatic failover, and diversion to mobile for critical extensions if everything fails. An analogue backup line can also be kept for emergencies.
Both, though they are different products. For an office, a well-configured phone system is enough. For a contact centre operation there is OCCP, our own platform, which on top of queues and campaigns brings the CRM into the same system, so agents do not work across two screens.
The assessment reviews the current bill, how many extensions and calls there really are, and what it would take to migrate without a day offline.
