Custom software,
with the code in your hands

When no off-the-shelf product does what your operation needs, you build. Web and mobile applications, integrations between systems, and modernisation of what already works but can no longer be maintained.

What it covers

From the idea to production

Functional analysis

Before writing code, understand the process: who does what, where the bottleneck is and what is better solved by changing the workflow than by programming. Sometimes the answer is that no development is needed.

Web and mobile applications

Management systems, customer portals, internal tools and Android and iOS apps. Built on standard technology with no exotic dependencies that tie you to a single supplier.

Integrations and APIs

Getting your systems to talk: ERP to invoicing, the field app to the central system, the website to stock levels. Most of the value is in connecting what you already have.

System modernisation

Applications that work but run on unsupported technology. They get migrated piece by piece, keeping the business running, instead of rewriting everything from scratch and praying.

Security by design

Two-factor authentication, role-based permissions, encryption of sensitive data and an audit trail. Not something bolted on at the end: defined before the first line of code.

Delivery and handover

The code is yours, in your repository, with technical documentation and a user manual. You can continue with us, with your team or with anyone else: nobody is held hostage by their supplier.

When it makes sense

Signs it is worth a look

  • Your operation runs on spreadsheets passed around by email
  • The same data has to be typed into two systems because they do not talk
  • The system in use was built by someone who left and nobody can touch it
  • An off-the-shelf product covers 70% and the rest is handled manually
  • You need an app for the field team and today they use paper or WhatsApp
Frequently asked

About software factory

How is a development quoted?

Functional analysis first, quoted separately and tightly scoped. That produces a written scope, and only then a fixed price broken into stages. Quoting development without analysis is guessing, and the client always pays the difference.

Who owns the code?

You do. Code is delivered into your repository from day one, not at the end. It is the only way the relationship continues because it works, rather than because you cannot leave.

Do you maintain it afterwards?

Yes, under a support agreement: bug fixes, minor changes and enhancements with monthly hours. We can also train your team to maintain it and stay on only as backup.

Tell us which process is costing you

We start with functional analysis. It comes with a written scope, a staged estimate and an honest opinion on whether to build or buy.
