The access is yours
Administrator credentials for your infrastructure are yours from day one, and the code we develop is delivered into your repository. If one day you want to change supplier, you can do it without a fight.
We do not sell licences or resell boxes. We implement and operate the infrastructure our clients depend on, and we answer when something breaks.

Diagrams, procedures, credentials in a secrets manager and the history of every change. Documentation is not a deliverable at the end: it is written while the work happens.
A backup is proven by restoring it. A redundant link is proven by cutting the primary. A network outlet is proven with a certifier. What was not tested is not finished.
If a deadline is not realistic, we say so before signing. If a project is not worth doing, we say so even if it costs us the sale. Losing a job is cheaper than losing a client halfway through a migration.
Proxmox VE, Wazuh, Zabbix, Grafana, GLPI and Odoo are not cheap alternatives: they are the tools we choose because we can audit, extend and integrate them without asking permission or paying for every new user. When a proprietary solution is genuinely the best fit for a case, we implement that too. The decision is technical, not ideological.
We work with organisations of different sizes and sectors. What they have in common is that an hour of downtime costs them money, not just inconvenience.
Plants where the network and the power hold up the production line, and a stoppage cannot be recovered.
Operations with stock, invoicing and logistics that depend on the system being available all day.
Operations where telephony and availability are the business itself, not a supporting service.
Institutions with sensitive data, retention requirements and audits they have to be able to answer.
Firms handling third-party information that need to demonstrate how they protect it.
Companies where every branch or site has to see the same thing and connect just as well.
Site operations where the link, the power and the access control run far from everything, and an outage cannot be fixed by sending someone over in twenty minutes.
Our quality management system is certified to ISO 9001 and audited periodically. In practice that means written procedures, a record of every intervention and traceability of decisions: the same thing we demand of the infrastructure we manage.
The first step is an assessment with no commitment. It produces a report on the real state of things, and you decide what to do with it.
