You see what is happening
Monitoring across servers, network, services and applications, with thresholds set to how your infrastructure actually behaves rather than to a manual. Alerts that mean something, not noise that ends up muted.
From the cabling and the electrical panel through to the ERP, the CRM and the AI agents your people use every day. Fifteen services, a single point of contact, and someone who answers when something breaks.
Technologies we work with
The disk that filled up, the backup that has not restored in three months, the certificate expiring on Sunday, the network outlet that never passed certification. None of it is unpredictable: it is a lack of visibility.
Monitoring across servers, network, services and applications, with thresholds set to how your infrastructure actually behaves rather than to a manual. Alerts that mean something, not noise that ends up muted.
Threat detection on servers and workstations, file integrity monitoring and configuration checks against benchmarks. Backups are proven by restoring them, which is the only way to know they work.
Proxmox VE, Wazuh, Zabbix, Grafana, GLPI, Odoo and Asterisk are enterprise-grade open source. You pay for implementation and support, not a per-socket fee that rises every year.
What holds the operation up, what keeps it running, what people use every day, and what can be automated.
What everything else rests on: servers, cloud, network, cabling and power.
We migrate VMware and Hyper-V environments to Proxmox VE in agreed windows, with a rollback ready. High-availability clusters, distributed Ceph storage and backups that are proven by actually restoring them.

Wazuh across your servers and workstations: event correlation, file integrity monitoring, configuration checks against benchmarks and automatic response to the things we already know how to stop.

When no off-the-shelf product does what your operation needs, you build. Web and mobile applications, integrations between systems, and modernisation of what already works but can no longer be maintained.
See the full serviceMost ERP implementations fail on process, not on software. We map how your company actually works, fit the system to that, and stay through go-live until the team uses it without help.
See the full serviceA CRM works when the team actually uses it. We implement it on OCCP, our own platform, around the sales process they already follow and with telephony inside the same system: recording becomes a by-product of the work rather than extra work.

See the full serviceHow your company talks to its customers. Includes OCCP, our group contact centre platform.
One Contact Center Platform is the contact centre platform built inside our group: a CRM and an Asterisk phone system developed together, not integrated afterwards. The agent answers, sees the history and logs the outcome on the same screen, because it is the same system.
See the full serviceIP phone systems on Asterisk and Issabel, for offices and for contact centre operations. Extensions that work from anywhere, queues with real reporting, and calls that open the customer record.
See the full serviceAgents that work on your own systems: they answer questions from your documentation, classify tickets, draft replies and flag what is about to break. With models that can run on your infrastructure, so the information never leaves the company.
See the full serviceWe look at what is there: servers, network, cabling, power, backups, licences, who administers what. The output is a report with the real state and the risks ranked by severity. This step commits you to nothing.
A plan with scope, timeline and fixed costs. We say what gets solved first, what can wait and what is better left alone. No open-ended items that show up on the invoice later.
Migrations and site work happen in agreed windows with a rollback ready. Nothing counts as finished until it has been proven running, and that includes restoring a real backup.
Active monitoring, incident response with committed times and a monthly report of what happened. With access to the dashboards: the infrastructure is yours and so is the data.
The opposite: the code behind Proxmox, Wazuh or Zabbix can be audited by anyone, and plenty of people do. What does change is where support comes from: instead of a contract with the vendor, you have a team that knows the tool and answers. That is what you are buying.
A single service is fine. Most clients start with whatever hurts most, usually monitoring or backup, and add the rest once they see results. What is worth doing in full is the assessment, because the problem often sits somewhere other than where it is assumed to be.
Both work. We can run the whole infrastructure, or implement and document everything for your team to run with us as backup. What we do not do is leave you without access to your own systems.
Monitoring runs 24 hours. Incident response depends on the agreement: there are extended business hours arrangements and on-call arrangements. We define it based on how expensive an hour of downtime is for you.
Yes. Everything that is remote implementation and operation is done from here with no difference. For work that needs physical presence, such as cabling or electrical installation, we coordinate scheduled visits.
We work with organisations of different sizes and sectors. What they have in common is that an hour of downtime costs them money, not just inconvenience.
Plants where the network and the power hold up the production line, and a stoppage cannot be recovered.
Operations with stock, invoicing and logistics that depend on the system being available all day.
Operations where telephony and availability are the business itself, not a supporting service.
Institutions with sensitive data, retention requirements and audits they have to be able to answer.
Firms handling third-party information that need to demonstrate how they protect it.
Companies where every branch or site has to see the same thing and connect just as well.
Site operations where the link, the power and the access control run far from everything, and an outage cannot be fixed by sending someone over in twenty minutes.
Our quality management system is certified to ISO 9001 and audited periodically. In practice that means written procedures, a record of every intervention and traceability of decisions: the same thing we demand of the infrastructure we manage.
Start with the assessment: a report on the real state of your infrastructure, with the risks ranked. No commitment and no salesperson chasing you afterwards.
