Cloud servers
Setup and administration on DigitalOcean, AWS, Azure or whichever provider you use, sized to your real load. Includes periodic right-sizing: almost every cloud bill carries resources nobody uses any more.
Cloud servers, private cloud on your own hardware, or a combination of both. We decide based on how expensive downtime is for you and what you can spend monthly, not on a provider catalogue.

Proxmox VE on your own hardware with self-service, per-department quotas and automatic backup. Cloud flexibility without the monthly bill, for workloads that are stable and predictable.
The stable part in your server room, the variable part in the cloud, joined by an encrypted tunnel. Usually the cheapest option, but only if someone designs it rather than improvising it.
Encrypted copies in a location separate from the original, with defined retention and tested restores. A fire, a theft or a ransomware event stops being the end of the company.
Corporate email on your domain, shared files and video calls, on Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or self-hosted alternatives. With the domain anti-spoofing records set up properly.
A dashboard with cost per service and alerts when something drifts. The end-of-month cloud surprise is almost always a resource left running, and it gets caught the same day.

It depends on the workload. Anything that varies a lot, or that must stay available even if the office burns down, belongs in the cloud. Stable and predictable workloads are almost always cheaper on owned hardware amortised over three or four years. The assessment includes that comparison against your numbers, not a generic example.
Not if it is designed carefully. We work with standard virtual machines and containers, avoiding proprietary services that cannot be moved later. Changing provider should be an inconvenience, not a redesign.
Wherever you decide. You can pick the provider region or keep everything in-country on your own infrastructure, depending on what your industry or your clients require. That decision is taken before migrating, not afterwards.
The assessment compares what you pay today against the real alternatives: cloud, owned hardware or a mix. With three-year costs, not just the first month.
